Upon arrival of the merchandise, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages London s.r.l. are carefully packed in a sealed transparent plastic with duct tape, placed around the package.
If for any reason, the box looks tampered or if the tape is not intact, clients are asked to sign the receipt subject, or to refuse delivery. If for any reason the shipment can not be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to you at the expense of the Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer by London s.r.l.
RETURNS
Goods can be changed no later than 15 days from date of receipt. Must not have been worn or used in some way, the box should be returned undamaged and must contain everything in it. To initiate the process, the customer must send an email to inform the return as soon as possible (within seven days mentioned above) and the goods must be returned to the following address London Abbigliamento – street Piave 11 – 20812 Limbiate (MB).
